A bit about JamBrew | Concert Series | Friday Nights in September
· What is it?- A FREE outdoor concert series held on the Herndon Town Green every Friday in September celebrating the songwriters/musicians of Northern Virginia.
· Who is doing this? - The Herndon Hospitality Association is a not-for profit (501c6) organization, consisting of business owners and business managers who have teamed together to promote Herndon, it’s community and it’s businesses.
· Why are we doing this? - The HHA is focused on supporting and promoting local businesses that are active in the community, which includes local musicians, bands and songwriters. The HHA recognizes that local music is an important part of our community and a great way to bring the community together. Northern Virginia is becoming a good place to hear live music, but we really don’t know much about the people who are writing the music that is original to Northern Virginia. You can catch an original act at one of the larger festivals around the area, but the focus of those festivals is usually on a national headlining act, not the local stage. The HHA has made the focus of JamBrew, a night where the talent within the community is recognized and celebrated!
· When is JamBrew? - Every Friday in September | 6pm- 9:30pm
